1. Introduction

Welcome to BC Premier Pathways (“we”, “our”, “us”). We are a UK-based football agency dedicated to assisting football players based in Australia to find and attend trials with semi-professional and professional football clubs in the United Kingdom. By accessing or using our services, including via our website or direct communication, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

BC Premier Pathways acts solely as a facilitator between players and football clubs in the UK. Our services include assessing the skill and suitability of Australian-based players, aligning players with appropriate football clubs based on ability and club requirements, arranging trial opportunities with a pre-agreed number of UK football clubs, and providing relevant logistical information and support to enable players to attend their trials. We do not guarantee any player will be offered a position, contract, or continued opportunity with any football club.

3. Fees and Payments

All services provided by BC Premier Pathways are subject to a service fee, payable in accordance with the pricing schedule agreed prior to the commencement of any service. Fees cover the arrangement and coordination of trials only. All payments must be made in full before any arrangements or introductions are made. Fees are non-refundable once trial arrangements have been confirmed. In the event that a player has paid for a set number of trials and the player is offered a position at a club prior to all trials being completed, they will not be eligible for any refund for trials not attended.

4. Player Responsibilities

By engaging our services, the player acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for all travel, accommodation, visa, insurance, and related expenses; they must hold valid documentation and the legal right to live, work, and play football in the United Kingdom; they must attend all scheduled trials and behave professionally at all times; and they understand that BC Premier Pathways is not responsible for their safety, welfare, or conduct during travel or trial participation.

5. Visa and Immigration Requirements

BC Premier Pathways does not provide visa or immigration services. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess the correct visa or residency status before travelling to the UK for trials.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BC Premier Pathways accepts no liability for injury, loss, damage, costs, or expenses incurred by players as a result of attending or travelling to trials. Our liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, is limited to the total amount paid by the player for our services.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal data and complying with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. Please see our Privacy Policy below for full details on how we collect, store, and use your information.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
